Because of the treatment and support received at the PRC, I have been encouraged and helped to lead a more normal life. My pain is being managed and I have learned skills to deal with pain as it resumes. The staff, doctors (and nurse practitioner, especially Naomi) and all medical personnel are friendly, caring and supportive. I know that my wellbeing is the priority of Dr. Friedman and his staff without the PRC, my quality of life would be very sad and depressing.

I was in pain 24/7 until I was seen and they were wonderful and helpful to me. I was told it was all in my head and nothing was wrong. Dr. Friedman looked at the same MRO and found the problem immediately and relieved the pain.

Everyone here is very attentive and caring. Not that they always agree with me – and they shouldn’t always. Everyone is willing to listen! That’s important. Really understand that although my “pain” is important to me – but not as bad as a lot of other patients – they (staff) act as if you are still “very important.” This makes people (me) feel like they truly care!

I would like to tell you a little something about my recent experience at the Pain Relief Center. The last time I went to the Center, I could barely get into the car, could hardly walk and literally had to hold onto anything from a door frame to a door knob, walls, anything that would help me get back to the examination room. I was in excruciating pain, the worst ever in my life… (After the procedure) I was given a little something to eat and drink and then the nurse helped me to get dressed and I WALKED to the front door and was able to get into the car PAIN FREE for the first time in a long time! My thanks to all of the staff at the center and especially Dr. Henley-Seymour for their/her professionalism, care and concern for me…
